8-WEEK PROGRAM “Softening the Armor”
The Softening the Armor8-Week Program is the central transformational offering within Lifted Conversations. This program provides a structured, somatic, and cannabis-integrated healing experience designed specifically for Black and Brown men (ages 21+). Through weekly 90-minute small-group sessions (5–12 participants), participants explore emotional literacy, body-based awareness, intentional cannabis use, and practices that support vulnerability, communication, and relational healing.
Participants do not need prior experience with somatic practices or cannabis mindfulness. Each session builds progressively, offering tools that deepen self-understanding, help interrupt reactive emotional patterns, and cultivate grounded, intentional presence.

Men feeling guarded, reactive, overwhelmed, or emotionally disconnected.
Men seeking a culturally resonant healing community.
