90-Minute Group "Drop-In" Session
Overview
The Lifted Conversations 90-Minute Drop-In Session is a welcoming, low-pressure healing space designed for Black and Brown men (ages 21+) who want to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with themselves. These sessions provide an accessible introduction to Charles’s somatic approach and cannabis education, offering participants a meaningful taste of the deeper work found in the full 8-week program.
Group size ranges from 5–12 participants, intentionally small enough to support connection but large enough to build a sense of brotherhood.
Participants do not need prior experience with somatic work or cannabis mindfulness. Every session stands alone and offers something valuable even to first-time attendees.
